You can still entice people in by saying something like “A Great Opportunity to purchase a….” which lets someone know that they are going to get something good, but you are not intimating that they are necessarily get it at a steal.
Don’t forget to look around at the houses that are for sale in your area. Ask your real estate agent for details of properties that have successfully sold, and see if you can find out what they did right. But one of your greatest weapons is right here. Okay, the market may not be at it’s best, but that does not mean that you have to give up and accept the first offer you get, no matter how bad it is. Take the right steps from the beginning and you will be well on your way to success with your home sale.
