a car dealership priced the car im looking at at 31 000 how low could i negotiate the car for?

dude if its 2009 it could even be 250.000$ like our lamborghini roadster.
the more money you have upfront the better chances you have to negotiate, you also need to find the invoice of the car so you know how much the dealer paid for it
